He Xiaotao went deep into the Party branch of Northwest Petroleum Hotel to launch Party building activities

    On April 23, 2019, He Xiaotao, Member of the Party Committee of Northwest Petroleum Bureau Co., Ltd., Chief Accountant and General Counsel of Northwest Oilfield Branch, came to the Party Branch of Northwest Petroleum Hotel, the contact point of the Party Branch at the grass-roots level, indicated  the direction and taught the methods for strengthening the branch construction and improving operation and management.
